Return & Refund Policy
At GCC Scentoria, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. To request a return, contact our support team with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product.
Refunds are available for:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items received
- Products significantly different from the description
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Non-returnable items: Used products, personal-care items, customised products, and items without original packaging.
